3. Hosting & Infrastructure

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). When you visit the site, technically necessary data is stored in server log files: IP address, requested URL, date and time, HTTP status code, data volume, referrer, and browser/OS information. This data is technically required to operate the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after 7 days at most. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.

4. Data Collection on This Website

QR Code Generation: All QR codes are generated exclusively locally in your browser. The content you enter never leaves your device and is never stored on our servers. Contact Form & Email: When you contact us via the contact form or email, we store your details (name, email, message) to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data is deleted after the request is resolved, subject to statutory retention obligations.

Analysis

Umami Analytics: We use Umami for anonymised analysis of page views. No personal data is stored. Analysis is completely anonymised.

6. Data Sharing

Personal data is generally not passed on to third parties. Exceptions apply only where you have given explicit consent, where a legal obligation exists, or where sharing is required to provide the service (e.g. hosting providers under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR).
